One of the things I do every single morning is drink warm lemon water. It’s become a habit that I will continue for the rest of my life.
Why drink warm lemon water?
Fresh lemon water stimulates the liver and aids in the digestive process. This results in eliminating waste products from the body more easily and improves digestive health. It’s a natural cleansing detoxifier.

Wait at least 10 minutes or so before eating or drinking anything else to give the lemon water time to fully absorb and do its job.
To avoid exposing your teeth to the citric acid, drink through a straw. I generally use washable BPA–free straws designed for hot liquids (you can order them online).
